Daddy’s Helper

Jesus was the King of the universe come to earth… Yet, He didn’t act removed from the people He came to save.

The Creator becoming a carpenter. Why did Jesus do this? The Bible says, “The Word became human and lived among us.” (John 1:14)

Ask your children, if Jesus were to come to earth today to live among us, what do you think His life would look like? Would He be a mechanic? Maybe working in a supermarket? This is how close Jesus would come. He wouldn’t be an unreachable celebrity or the like, He would be that guy working around the corner, someone who you could have a chat to who always had time for you.

Let’s teach our children the version of Christ where He is approachable, and IS a true friend today.
