The Firey Furnace

When we stop to think of how horrific the punishment for not worshiping the golden statue was, it makes one wonder how this is such a popular children’s story? But the point isn’t how awful the circumstance is, but how powerful, divine and protecting is our God.

Talk to your children about the one in the furnace who was like the son of God. Whether it was an angel or Jesus Himself, God rescued the men, and He will rescue His followers too.

Share any stories you have where divine intervention kept you safe.
